Sandblasting hose It mainly consists of four parts. The most basic requirement of qualified rubber hose is to have firm connection and good sealing performance to ensure its normal working effect. If it fails, we will start with the appearance and internal structure to analyze the reason why it cannot be used. Generally speaking, there are three reasons besides oil leakage at buckling position.
1. Burst pipe body. According to the burst location, pipeline burst can be divided into two forms. 1、 The bursting position is located at both ends of the hose, within 25mm from the buckling jacket. The reason for bursting at this position is that the rubber pipe is improperly manufactured or assembled, for example, the rubber pipe is stretched and twisted at the same time during assembly, or the bending radius of the rubber pipe is less than the minimum allowable bending radius. 2、 The gap is 25mm away from the button coat. The reason for this burst is basically that the hydraulic system pressure is too high or the pipe body is worn.
2. The sand hole on the sand blasting hose body leaks oil. The oil leakage from the sand hole of the pipe body is generally manifested as oil leakage after the rubber bubble outside the rubber pipe or linear injection. The sand holes on the pipe body are mainly caused by the quality problems of the rubber pipe, such as impurities in the glue in the pipe body, local damage of the pipe body, defects of the pipe body during demoulding, etc.
3. There is oil leakage at the joint. The oil leakage at the joint is mainly due to the inconsistent size accuracy of the rubber hose joint and the transition joint connected to other parts, or the mismatch between the rubber hose joint and the transition joint. If the sand blasting hose fails, we should not panic. First, analyze the problem, whether it is the burst of the pipe body or the oil leakage in some connection places. Find out the cause of the fault, or replace the joint or pipe with matching size accuracy to ensure that the subsequent production will not be affected.
