1、 Product structure:
The cloth clamping conveying hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a multi-layer cloth clamping winding layer and an outer rubber layer.
The cloth clamping suction hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a multi-layer cloth clamping winding layer, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer.
2、 Product features:
The rubber hose has the characteristics of small outer diameter tolerance, good oil resistance, heat resistance, portability, soft and durable tube body, etc. The small burst pressure of the rubber hose is four times of the working pressure
3、 Product use: various types of cloth clamping conveying (or suction) hose are made of corresponding materials according to different conveying media. The product is reasonably designed, high-quality, durable, and is a flexible hose used to transport and absorb (under negative pressure) various liquid viscous fluids and powdery solids and other material media. According to the use, it can be divided into
1. Water delivery hose: suitable for general water delivery, and used in the environment of - 20 ℃ - 45 ℃.
2. Air hose: suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gas under - 20 ℃ - 45 ℃.
3. Oil resistant hose: It is suitable for transporting conventional oil in the environment of - 20 ℃ - 45 ℃.
4. Heat resistant hose: suitable for conveying water below 100 ℃.
Steam hose: suitable for conveying hot water or saturated steam below 170 ℃
5. Thin acid and alkali resistant rubber hose: transport dilute acid and alkali solution with concentration below 40%, and use it at - 20 ℃ - 45 ℃.
6. Sand blasting hose: suitable for air pressure sand blasting, rust removal and polishing of metal surface.
7. Suction and drainage, oil hose: working pressure 1.0-1.5MPa (4 times safety factor).
8. Food conveying and suction hose: It is used to discharge and suck liquids such as beer, beverage, edible oil at normal temperature, and the taste and color will not change, meeting the hygienic requirements of food rubber.
