Why PVC hoses have cracks

Some factories reported that their rubber hoses had no problems when the customers used them, but when they tested them, they found that when the pipes were bent to a large extent (such as 180 degrees) and exposed in the open air for a week, many cracks would appear, as if they were aging. In other manufacturers, such cracks are not obvious when the glue content is relatively low.
