1、 Sandblasting pipe Protective equipment must be worn before sand blasting. It is forbidden to work naked. No less than two people can work.

2. The air storage tank, barometer and valve of the air compressor shall be calibrated and inspected on time. The air compressor storage tank discharges dust once every two weeks, and the filter device in the sand tank is checked once a month.

3. Check whether the ventilation pipe and sandblasting pipe door are sealed. In the first five minutes of work, the industrial dust removal machine must be started. When the industrial dust removal machine is invalid, the automatic sand blasting machine is strictly prohibited from working.

4. The air compression valve shall be opened slowly, and the standard pressure shall not exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The particle size distribution of sand blasting shall be consistent with the working standard, generally available between No. 10 and No. 20, and the sand shall be kept dry.

6、 Sandblasting pipe When the machine is working, irrelevant workers are strictly prohibited from getting close to it. When cleaning and adjusting the operating position, the machine shall be shut down.

7. It is forbidden to blow dust or joke with compressed air.

8. After the work is completed, the industrial dust removal machine and equipment should run again for five minutes and then be turned off to discharge the dust in the room and maintain the site cleaning.

9. In case of personal safety and machine equipment safety accidents, they shall be kept on the spot and reported to relevant departments.
