4. The wear-resistant hose shall be kept clean and the inside shall be cleaned. Prevent external substances from entering the pipe cavity, blocking the transportation of liquid and damaging the machinery and equipment.

5. The layout of wear-resistant rubber hose should avoid the pyrogen as much as possible. If necessary, equipment such as waterproof sleeve or thermal insulation material can be used to prevent the rubber hose from mildewing in case of heat.

6. Protective measures shall be taken in the area where the abrasion resistant rubber hose crosses or has sliding friction with the surface of mechanical equipment to prevent the rubber hose from cracking due to damage.

7. The wear-resistant hose shall be kept vertical as far as possible when it is applied on the site. When it must be bent, sharp turns shall be prevented. The bending radius shall not be too small, and shall exceed 9 times the diameter. There should be a vertical section more than twice the pipe diameter at the junction of the rubber hose and the connector.

8. It is not necessary to distort the wear-resistant hose in the installation process. If the wear-resistant hose is slightly twisted, its compressive strength may be reduced and the connector may be loosened. During installation, the connector should be tightened on the rubber hose instead of the plastic hose.

9、 Wear resistant hose During installation, the rubber hose shall be free from tension and shall have a certain long and short capacity to keep the rubber hose loose.

10. During the daily application process, the rubber hoses shall be protected safely to avoid crushing, bumping, etc.

11. The gate valve shall be controlled gently in real time to reduce the impact on the working pressure of the rubber hose and prevent the rubber hose from cracking.

12. Rubber hoses must be matched with reliable "U" clips, sealing rings, two-way joints, three-way joints, etc., and other alternatives are prohibited.

13. The rubber hose must be replaced immediately in case of water leakage, cracking, unpacking, rust on the connector, broken stainless steel wire, and adhesive embrittlement crack.

14. During the daily application period, inspection and replacement must be improved.

15. The rubber hoses invested or replaced with new funds must be tested and evaluated before application, and can be applied only after reaching the standard. During the experimental period, the staff shall not approach.
