During sand blasting, the air dynamics is used, and then the spray material is directly sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece by pressure. However, sandblasting must be well protected, and there are some matters worth our attention. Improper operation will cause harm to our human body. So pay attention to the following items when sandblasting.

1. Using Sandblasting pipe When sandblasting, the corresponding protective equipment must be worn in advance, instead of spraying with bare hands. Protective equipment must be worn wherever the human body may directly contact the spraying materials. And no less than two people shall work.

2. The important parts such as air tank, pressure gauge and safety valve should be regularly checked. The air tank generally discharges dust once every two weeks, and the filter is generally checked once a month.

3. Before work, check the tightness of the sandblasting pipe door and vent pipe in advance. Keep indoor ventilation, and turn on ventilation and dust removal equipment.

4. The compressed air valve shall be opened slowly, and the air pressure shall not exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The grit size of sand blasting shall be consistent with the work requirements, generally between No. 10 and No. 20, and the sand shall be kept dry.

6. During sand blasting, it is forbidden to enter except the workers. If the machine needs to be adjusted, the machine must be shut down before adjustment.

7. Do not play noisily during work, and do not use compressed air to blow dust on your body.

8. After the work is completed, do not turn off the ventilation and dust removal equipment immediately, wait for 5 minutes to continue to run, let the equipment remove indoor dust, and then turn off.

9. In case of safety accidents, relevant departments shall be notified in time to keep the scene.
