Because Sandblasting hose The variety is complex, the structure is diverse, and the service conditions are different. Therefore, the service life of high-pressure hose depends not only on the quality, but also on the correct use and maintenance. Therefore, even if the product has extremely high quality, if it cannot be used and maintained correctly, its service quality and life will be seriously affected, and even serious accidents will occur, causing property losses. There are several precautions for using sandblasting hose:
1. Sand blasting hose and high-pressure hose assembly can only be used to transport the designed materials, otherwise the service life or failure will be reduced.
2. Correctly use the length of the sandblasting hose, the length of the sandblasting hose changes (- 4% -+2%) under high pressure, and the length changes caused by mechanical movement.
3. Sand blasting hose assembly shall not be used under pressure (including impact pressure) exceeding design working pressure.
4. Under normal conditions, the temperature of the medium conveyed by the sandblasting hose assembly should not exceed - 40 ℃ -+120 ℃, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
5. The sandblasting hose assembly shall not be used at a radius less than the minimum bending radius of the hose to avoid bending or bending near the pipe joint, or it will hinder the hydraulic transmission and material delivery or damage the hose assembly.
6. Sand blasting hose assembly shall not be used in torsional state.
7. Sand blasting hose assembly shall be handled carefully, and shall not be dragged on sharp and rough surfaces, and shall not be bent or flattened.
8、 Sandblasting hose The assembly shall be kept clean and the interior shall be washed clean (especially the acid delivery pipe, spray pipe and mortar pipe). Prevent foreign objects from entering the pipe cavity, blocking the delivery of fluid and damaging the equipment.
9. The high-pressure hose and high-pressure hose assembly that exceed the service life or storage period shall be tested and identified before continuing to use.
