The extruding tube of peristaltic pump is structurally made of one or more layers of reinforced high-strength synthetic fiber braids. The inner and outer linings of the hose are extruded, and the inner lining is made of composite rubber. The tube body is soft, elastic and has good wear resistance. The hose has good resistance to positive pressure and negative pressure, and has good resistance to acid, alkali, oil, high temperature, etc. It can transport more than 90% of today's chemicals. The main ingredients are natural rubber (resistant to ordinary weak acid), butyl rubber (resistant to grease, alkali metal and detergent, etc.) and EPDM (suitable for ketone and concentrated acid), etc. The use temperature of the hose is ≤ 100 ℃. Considering that heat will be generated in the production process, the hose is generally used in the working condition of medium temperature<80 ℃. If the ventilation (or cooling) and heat dissipation conditions are good, the medium temperature can reach 100 ℃.
