1. Product performance of abrasive rubber pipe:

3. Hydraulic requirements for abrasive rubber pipe:

① The working pressure of the hose is 0.63MPa.

② The hose shall be free from water seepage, local bulge, expansion and other abnormalities when conducting hydraulic test under twice the working pressure. Keep the pressure of anti-static hose for 1min, and the length change shall not exceed ± 0.8%, the outer diameter change shall not exceed ± 10%, and the torsion per meter shall not exceed 60 º.

③ The bursting pressure of the hose shall not be less than 4 times of the working pressure.

Bending performance: at 23 ℃, when the hose is tested with the minimum bending radius of 10 times the nominal inner diameter, the deformation KD value shall not exceed 0.8 times the outer diameter D of the hose. (K is the ratio of the outer diameter before bending minus the outer diameter after bending to the outer diameter before bending.) (- 25 ± 2 ℃), there should be no cracks after bending.

Conductivity: each "M" grade hose shall not exceed 10 ² Ω。 Each "Ω" rubber hose shall not exceed 1M Ω.

4. Service temperature: the service temperature of the hose is - 20-70 ℃.
