Bonding method:
When the rubber hose with the pressure of the hydraulic system between 25-8.0MPa breaks, the adhesive method can be adopted: wipe the area around the broken hose; Apply one of "anaerobic" glue, "epoxy resin" glue, "801" glue or "502" glue (the length of glue coating is about 2-3 times of the length of the broken part) on the broken part of the hose; Use adhesive tape or canvas strip to wind 4-5 layers of adhesive coating (each layer shall be coated with adhesive); Tie the ends of the wrapping tape and the canvas strip into a dead knot; It can be used after 15-20 minutes of solidification.
Binding method:
The bundling method is applicable to emergency repair of broken rubber hoses with pressure below 16MPa. The specific method is: apply one of the common adhesives for construction machinery to the hose rupture; Wrap 2-3 layers of oil resistant rubber with a width 2-3 times the length of the broken part (each layer shall be coated with glue); Bind the wrapped oil resistant rubber with No. 12 iron wire; Let it solidify.
Bone connection:
When the rubber hose is broken or about to be broken due to the action of external force (fragment breakdown, extrusion and fracture) or system overload, the bone bonding method can be adopted: wipe the broken part of the hose clean and cut the broken part; Insert the self-made steel "bone connection" into the cut hose (the "bone connection" parts are shown in the attached figure, and in case of special emergency, steel pipes with the same outer diameter as the hose bone diameter can also be used as "bone connection"); Clamp the hose and "bone connection" with self-made steel plate clamp (in case of special emergency, No. 8 iron wire can be used to replace self-made steel plate clamp); Clean the connected hose before use.
Transposition method:
In the hydraulic system, the rubber hoses of the same oil circuit have the same specifications, but bear different oil pressures. Most of the broken hoses are hoses that bear high oil pressure. For example, among the two oil pipes of the same specification on the boom cylinder of W4-60 excavator and ZL series loader, the oil pipe connected to the boom cylinder cavity always bears a large oil pressure. According to this, the transposition method can be used: simply glue or bind the broken hose; Interchange the oil pipes in the big and small cavities of the boom cylinder (that is, use the unbroken oil pipe to bear the high pressure, and use the damaged oil pipe that has been simply bonded or bundled to bear the low pressure).
Restructuring method:
Due to various Rubber hose There are different pipe joints. At the same time, the high-pressure or ultra-high pressure broken hose should not use the "bonding method", "binding method" or "bone bonding method". Therefore, the modification method can be adopted: saw off the pipe joint of the broken hose; Find a substitute hose with pressure bearing capacity and length similar to the broken hose, and saw off its pipe joint; Weld the angle of the coupling of the broken hose to the replacement hose; Clean the welded hose before use.
Open circuit method:
In the hydraulic system of construction machinery, some oil circuits play a role in protecting the safety of the system. For example, in the steering system of W4-60 excavators and ZL series loaders, the oil path from the main oil path to the oil tank through the overflow valve; Safety valve, overload valve, overflow valve and other oil circuits in the hydraulic system of TY120 bulldozer working device. When the rubber hoses in these oil lines break, the circuit breaking method can be adopted; Abandon the protective device in the oil circuit (such as "safety valve"); Block the oil circuit leading to the broken hose to make the oil circuit open. When adopting the open circuit method, the system load shall be controlled between 85% - 95% of the rated load.
